Overall, this store is great. It's always fully stocked and very clean. It has a very wide variety of items to choose from. Sometimes it is confusing because the package in not written in English. Some of the workers don't know what it is too when you ask them for assistance, which I understand why. The pricing is very affordable on most of the products in the store. I always land up buying more than I anticipated. As you browse through the aisles it hard not to pick up new items. The banchan case is unreal. There are so many different types of banchan to choose from. Most are very affordable and there are a few higher priced items, but they are all so tasty. You can't go wrong with any item that you select. I feel that the cashiers need to be more friendly, most are middle aged ladies who are stuck in their ways, but it would be nice to be greeted with a "hello", at the very least and to be told "thank you for shopping at HMart." They are probably the only person that the customer interacts with and it's nice to feel that you're appreciated as a customer. One of the guys in the Seafood department is super friendly and assists you if you have any questions. His customer service is above standard. Produce staff are always on the floor and they are great, very courteous.

This Asian centric grocery chain is my preferred location for a wider variety of foods. The fruit is often lower priced than the other grocery stores but caveat: also more likely to spoil quicker. Not sure why other than the refrigeration on site isn't the same as your home refrigerator. Great for quick trips but tends to be very busy especially on the weekends. I try not to ever buy more than one each or a small pre packaged container because food waste is a real bummer. Clean and wide aisles, quiet clientele too - maybe the kids are better behaved? I seriously have no recollection of crying tantrums by toddlers or kids here. Cashiers are efficient and most are multi lingual- amazing to realize this

9/3/23 I didn't know that's how wasabi looks like and its natural state. 8/24/24 I didn't know my review was in the back burner for Hmart... If I recall correctly this place is very organized & clean looking I appreciate this very much. Customer service is almost nonexistent but they're not rude so that's a plus. Their produce looks fresh & the meat dept is exceptionally neat & arrangement is aesthetically pleasing. Overall it's a wonderful supermarket for all your Asian groceries, lots of varieties. Prices are reasonable especially considering the quality of their products Love their Korean bbq selection

Went today and purchased a watermelon....i was scared because every one I got from Costco I had to return it....the watermelon I got from here was so red, sweet, and juicy, I couldn't believe it!...I also have to add that every time I purchase produce here, it last WAY longer than the produce from other stores...so glad I found this gem!
